अपने अधिनस्त से कैसे काम लें
क्या आपने कभी सोचा है कि अपने अधीनस्थ लोगों से कैसे
काम कराया जाए ,क्योंकि सभी लोगों को यह समस्या होती है कि हम अपने अधीनस्थ लोगों से कैसे काम कराएं और वह असफल रहते हैं । बड़ी-बड़ी कंपनियां बड़े-बड़े उद्योगपतियों का आगे बढ़ने का श्रेय कैसा मिला ? आपको एक छोटी सी कहानी के माध्यम से समझने का प्रयास करते हैं ।
एक बार एक खेत में कुछ मजदूर निदाई -गुड़ाई का काम कर रहे थे। एक घंटा काम करने के बाद वे सब बैठकर सुस्ताने और वे गप हाँकने लगे। खेत के मालिक ने उनसे कुछ नहीं कहाओर वह खुद खुरपी लेकर काम करने लगा मजदूरों ने स्वामी को काम करते देखा तो शरमा गए और दौड़कर काम में जुट गए दोपहर हुई स्वामी मजदूरों के पास गया और बोला भाइयों काम बंद कर दो और खाना खा लो आराम कर लो मजदूर खाना खाने चले गए और शीघ्र ही थोड़ा आराम करने के बाद फिर काम पर डट गए ।
शाम को छुट्टी के समय पड़ोसी खेत वाले ने देखा कि उसका काम मुझ से दो गना ज्यादा हुआ है। वह बोला भाई तुम मजदूरों को छुट्टी भी देते हो और डांटते भटकते भी नहीं हो तब ,भी तुम्हारा काम मुझसे ज्यादा होता है, जबकि मैं मजदूरों को छुट्टी भी नहीं देता और हर समय डांटता फटकता करता रहता हूं उसके बाद भी मेरा कार्य आप से काम होता है। साधु स्वामी बोला भैया ! काम लेने की नीति में मैं सभी से अधिक स्नेह और सहानुभूति को पहला स्थान देता हूं ।दूसरा में स्वयं उनके काम काज में जुड़ जाता हूँ । इसलिए मजदूर पूरा जी लगाकर काम करते हैं इससे काम ज्यादा भी होता है और अच्छा भी लगता है एहसान अनुशासन ठोकने पर नहीं सहजीवन सरकार की चमत्कारिक परिणीति है। अतः इस प्रकार कुशल लोग अपना काम सहजता से करवा लेते और आगे बढ़ जाते है।

Therefore, the laborers work with full zeal, work is more than this and it feels good that favor is not a miracle of discipline but symbiosis is the miraculous culmination of the government. Therefore, skilled people thus get their work done smoothly and move forward.
