एक चित्रकार को किसी अत्यंत सौम्य  किशोर का चित्र बनाना था। ऐसे लड़के की तलाश में चित्रकार देश-विदेश में वर्षों

तक मारा मारा फिरा, बहुत कठिनाई से उसे एक ऐसा लड़का मिला जिसके रोम रोम में से सज्जनता टपकती थी ।उसे सामने बैठाकर चित्रकार के द्वारा चित्र बनाया गया। चित्र बहुत ही सुंदर बना उसे बाजार में बहुत पसंद किया गया ,भारी बिक्री हुई चित्रकार की सर्वत्र प्रशंसा होने लगी उसे धन भी बहुत मिला ।
वर्षों बाद चित्रकार को सूझा कि एक अत्यंत घृणित और दुष्ट भाव भंगिमा वाले अपराधी का भयंकर चित्र बनाएगा। इसके लिए वह अपराधियों के अड्डे, बंदी गृह, दुराचारियों के आवास स्थानों में भ्रमण करने लगा। अंत में एक बड़ी डरावनी आकृति का मनुष्य मिला। चित्रकार ने उसका चित्र बनाया और वह भी बहुत विका। सज्जनता और दुष्टता की दो परस्पर विरोधी प्रतिक्रियाओं  का यह अद्भुत  जोड़ा, चित्र जगत में बहुत विख्यात हो गया।

माहौल का असर 

 एक दिन वही दुष्ट दुराचारी चित्रकार से मिलने जा पहुंचा ।चित्रकार ने उसका परिचय पूछा तो उसने कहा  - "यह दोनों चित्र मेरे ही है जो आपने बनाए हैं, जब मैं बालक था तब तो मै सौम्य था और जब अधेड़ हुआ तो मैं ऐसी ही भयंकर दुष्ट हो गया।" क्या आप इस रहस्य को जानते हैं? चित्रकार अवाक रह गया उसने पूछा तुम!- तुम!.... भला इस प्रकार कैसे इतने परिवर्तित हो गये ?😊 अधेड़ ने मुंह ढक लिया उसकी आंखें बरसने लगी और रुंधे गले से बोला बुरी संगति ने मेरी दुर्गति बनाई हैं ।
चित्रकार ! संगति तुम्हारी कला से भी अधिक प्रभावशाली है।

संगती का असर

जीवन मे संगति का बहुत गहरा असर होता है।व्यक्ति का सब कुछ बदलने में संगति का माहौल तथा माहौल में पल्लवित विचार  यदि अच्छे हैं तो संस्कार बन कर आयेंगें और बुरे है तो दुराचार की प्रतिमा बन कर समाज के सामने खड़ी होजाती है।
दोस,उसका नही उसे माहौल प्रदान करने बालों का है।
आज के परिपेक्ष में हिंदुस्तान में हमे जो इतिहास भी पढ़ाया जाता है ।सही नही है ..........हमे संस्कार के माहौल का स्पर्श भी नही करने दिया जाता है, जो भारतीय शिक्षा पद्धति की आत्मा है। और कुछ मजहबी अपने सुकुमारौ को दूसरे चित्र में चित्रकार को उकेरने व वनवास में फ्रेम करने को विवश होते है।और उस चित्र का नाम आतंक बाद रख दिया जाता है।

सुंदरता से दुष्टता की ओर 

हमे परमात्मा ने सुंदर सा दिल दिया उसमे प्रेम दिया ।और सुंदर प्रकृति दी जिसमे हम जी रहे है। उस सुंदरता को

छोड़कर कल्पना के संसार के लिए  सुंदर सुंदर कोमल हाथों में हथियार थमाए जा रहे है।
मै पूछता हूँ जो ये माहौल बनाने बाले अपने सुकुमारों को दूर रखते है।और भोले भाले लोगों को बाली चढ़ा देते है।इसमें कुछ लोग ही है जो अपना उल्लू सीधा करने व अपनी रोटी सेकने के लिए  ।भारत जैसे संस्कार सम्पन्न देश मे बदबू फैलाने का काम कर रहे है।

समानता का अधिकार

भारतीय संविधान में सब को समानता का अधिकार व सभी को  संविधान द्वारा निहित शाक्ति ,जो न्यायलय को प्राप्त है।उसका पालन सभी के लिए समान हो। किसी  भी  पंथ ,मजहब  व धर्म का हो समान पालन होना चाहिए। जनसंख्या  नियंत्रण कानून व शिक्षा  में समानता होना चाइये।

 Effect of consistency
